Hide cancel order ui action in workspace

Hello,

I want to hide the "cancel order" UI Action button on workspace, it should be visible only to a specific group. I have added the condition to the UI Action but still everyone is able to see the button.

I have added above condition to the existing one and as well I have added the role based as well in the workspace section in the UI Action, but no luck.
