Hide Category Values in ITIL View incident form

Hi,

 

I want to hide category "software" value on the ITIL view incident form for specific divisions.

 

Please help.

Hi @lakshmisree 

 

Any reason to hide for a specific view? You can use UI policy and mention the view in that, but that will hide whole field, to hide value you need to write the client script.
