Hide/Disable Reject on Actions on selected rows

How can I check the sys_ID of this UI action? I want to hide or disable the Reject from the actions.

Find the ui actions on the table, are there more than 1 with same name?

If there are more than 1 with same name then you need to find the one with list choice checked on it.
