I want to hide "Impersonation" option in ESC portal for the users who does not have "Admin" as well as "Impersonator" role.

This is OOTB feature.
You would have impersonate as the Abel from the user with admin or impersonator role. that is the reason you are seeing the option "End impersonation". if you directly login as Abel definitely you wont see the impersonate option.

Hi, I think your question is having an answer. If you are not providing the 'admin' or 'impersonator' role it will not display to the user. End user or support user cant see the option if the relevant role not tagged to the user account.
