Hide New button from Risk related list in Risk Worskpace

Potential risk triage >ALL >Open record with Result =Confirmed as a new risk> New button appears.

I want to hide the new button from the Risk related list. Note- In UI,  New button is not coming but it is coming in Risk Worskpace. How to hide the new button in workspace.

@Community Alums  - I disabled both the record to see, but New button is still visible in workspace (see 2nd screenshot).
