Hello all, @Ankur Bawiskar @shloke04 @Amit Gujarathi
I have a requirement to send scheduled report in an excel format with below criteria:
When multiple records have same Reference number and initial created record has checkbox field "Received" is FALSE & another string field called "Amend To" is EMPTY.
Then, those records to be sent in excel with a few columns like "Incident number, Reference number and created on". It should be sent for every week (Monday) with last 2 weeks of data.
Could you please help me to achieve this? Kindly let me know if something is not clear.
