Hide or Restrict Attachment for Specific File attachment field on the ticket attachment Service Port

Hi Team, 

 

I have a File Attachment field on incident table. when a user attaches the file on that field the same file appears on the ticket attachment widget on portal.

 

So, is there any way i can restrict that attachment to be hidden on the ticket attachment view of portal?

Hi, are you wanting to hide all attachments from portal users, or just the ones created by internal fulfillers\resolvers?
