Hide "field changes" in mobile activity stream

When end user see My request in mobile, "field changes" appear to him. I do not want that. So I want hide "field changes" to end user. 

How can i do for hide "field changes" in mobile?

I don't think this is currently supported for mobile today unfortunately.

The activity stream cannot be modified - yes the mobile displays the same fields from activity stream that user sees on platform/desktop. Yes will have to make a suggested enhancement.

Mobile displays the same fields from the activity stream that your user sees on Platform/Desktop.

I don't think this is currently supported for mobile today, however, you can request enhancements on servicenow's Idea Portal on community:

ServiceNow will ensure this gets tracked  and their internal teams can look into this.
