Hide "Quick Action" button from discussion

Hello everyone,

I need support regarding the deactivation/removing of the quick action button in a chat. Is it possible to disable or remove it? Is there any properties?

This appears, in my example, when I click on the 'Discuss' button of a case.

Thanks!
