Hello, I need to hide a variable set, not delete it because it's included in over 700 catalog items.
I am looking at a variable (See screen shot below) and there is a "Hidden" option.
I am also looking at the variable set that I want to hide "Requested For - Access Request", but I do not see a "Hidden" option. I was told to select "Catalog UI Policies", which I am looking at, but I do not know what to select to hide the variable set (See screen shot below). Can you tell me what to select to hide the variable set and explain it simply? Thanks!

After you save the UI Policy you will see a Catalog UI Policy action Related list at the bottom.
Then you can add the variable set to it like this.

Do you want to hide that only on the particular catalog item?
If yes, then create a Catalog UI policy on the catalog form level (Not in the variable set) and save that catalog UI Policy. Once you saved that you need to add UI policy action. There select the variable set and set the "Visible= false".

Hi @DeIvory Gordon,
You're almost there. You need to create (save) the UI policy record first, and then you can add the 'Policy action' at the bottom.
See the following screen shots below:
