Hide single HR service in the Transfer case declarative action

Hi, 

In the transfer case declarative action shows the List of HR services available. I have to hide one HR service in the new HR service filter. Any suggestions..?

I went through this article but this work only on the legacy workspace, we are looking for the configurable workspace.
