Hide the feedback on the kb articles from the end user

how can I display/show the comments box, yet hide comments from non-knowledge_admins? We want all users to be able to submit comments on an article, however we want only knowledge_admins to be able to view those comments once submitted.

Hi Vidyashree,
you might wanna check the properties page for Knowledge Management. There is a property with the name glide.knowman.show_user_feedback.roles which should do the trick.

Hi Ulrich,
I tried giving role to glide.knowman.show_user_feedback.roles property but this will disable the user submitting comments on the kb article.
My requirement is user should be able to submit the comment but he should not be able to view the comments.

Hello -
I have a similar requirement. When I configured the KB properties as described here, Hide User Comments on KB Articles, users with any role can view the comments posted by other users. I am seeking for only users with a specific role to be able to view posted comments.
