Hide the field on case form if type is standard change in change request form

On case form approval field will be visible if change request form when the type is normal change or emergency change 

If the type is standard change in change request, need to hide approval field on case form, how to achieve this

Can you please attached the Screenshot, where we need to hide the field, it will give us more clearity

Generally for hiding or showing of some field on the form, you can use UI policy/ client script 

Steps:

1) create a UI policy on the form.

2) Select the condition as Type is "Standard".

3) Make Approval field hidden as shown below.

Using UI policy can we hide the field because type field is change request table and approval field is case table

In change request form there is one field called related case in this field case number will be visible
