Hide variables in my Service Portal requests

I'm having trouble hiding some variables that appear in my requests on the service portal. I used the user interface policy to hide them in the form, but after I submit, the variables that were hidden in the form reappear in my requests.

Could you help me hide these variables?

Catalog client script or Catalog UI policies don't run on My Requests ticket page on portal where variables are rendered

You can either show/hide it completely and not conditionally

If you want to hide then Uncheck "Visible on Summaries" checkbox

if it’s just a variable for a specific item that you would like to hide, you can do it both on catalog in portal and on requested item I backend by catalog ui policy.

which issues are you facing and what have you tried so far?
