Hiding a variable

Hi everyone,

I have a requirement to show a variable on a record producer which is present in a variable set only when HR managers raise the request (when logged in user is hr manager)

similary only when logged in user is executive director.

tell me all ways to achieve this, thanks in advance 🙂

@Snow-Man Do these users HR manager and executive director have any distinguished roles?

If yes then you can assign their roles to the read role list on the variable. Users with other roles will not be able to see this variable
