High contrast setting not working on GSIB laptop

I have enabled high contrast setting on my instances and its working fine when using personal windows laptop but not words are not readable when using Government Standard Image Build laptop (GSIB) laptop. How can I fix it so that it works the same for both GSIB and personal laptop?
