Hello Everyone,
I have a requirement of creating a holiday schedule for good friday. It should be on 18th july and also on 21st july. how can I do it?
it shouldn't be from 18-21 july.
it should be only 18th and 21st july

You need to create Schedule first and then create the child schedule

The same as any other schedule that contains 1 day.
They are there OOB.
But you go to your schedule (like 8x5, excluding holidays) and to that schedule you add a child schedule (like Holidays).
On that child schedule you put the entries in for the 18th and for the 21st.
Name: Good Friday
Type: Exclude
Show as: Busy
When: 18-7-2024 to 18-7-2024, all day ticked
Name: Good Friday
Type: Exclude
Show as: Busy
When: 21-7-2024 to 21-7-2024, all day ticked
I don't think it's a recurring thing (like every year on this date, or every 3rd Monday of July), so you will need to add them for every year. But it's nothing else than just creating 2 new entries like others that already exist.

And if this for some reason is for 2024 (in the past), you will need to run an SLA repair job, because those won't apply automatically on old tickets.
