I'm looking for the below Hover over configuration/feature in Agent Workspace.
The 'State' field which has 'Work In Progress' can be visible as hover over text. However, I'm unable to find the configuration behind this feature in the instance, as of where this has been setup? Does any have insights over this?
Please let me know for any info.

It seems to be hard coded showing the Display value of the field. The hover shows on (almost) all fields.
I would expect it to use the Hint from the dictionary, but it is not. I tested this for Customer Service Case:
