Hover view in HR Agent Workspace

Whenever we click on Preview icon there is a hover view which shows some details of the record. Is it possible to have same hover view in agent workspace which is configured in ServiceNow Native UI.

Hi,

As per my knowledge we cannot configure sys_popup view for workspace. It always open records in workspace view, there is no preview available.

Do you see any view? A screenshot would be helpful to suggest correct solution where exactly you want to see these changes on workspace.

This Hover view needs to be updated on HR agent workspace.

Is this feasible?

Hi,

As per my knowledge at this moment there is no configuration available to create separate preview/popup view for workspace. 

In all places Workspace View is being used to display record.

If we make any changes to this view it will be applicable on all places for that particular table.
