How are Agent personal schedules created automatically in cmn_schedule and agent_events table

In my system, when a normal user is given wm_agent role, the next day at a random time agent personal schedule is created in cmn_schedule table and mapping between agent and schedule is created in agent_events table.

I can see the script include which creates this but I am not able to see where this is getting called from :

Any ideas anyone please?

Hey,

It seems it's being generated when user opens Agent Schedule -> Team Calendar.

To do that user is required 'agent_schedule_user'
