how can a 'non - admin' or 'non - itil' user perform export import XML ?

I have a requirement where in i want to give access to a user who is non admin and non - itil but has a role of delegated developer. who wants to use export import xml.

How can i give him access to use this fuctionality ?

You could try modifying the Context Menu record for 'Import XML' (/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ui_context_menu.do?sys_id=d11613000a0a0b3e007fb501ef22352e)
