I recently found that is a user changes the state of a major incident from the workbench to 'resolved' it does not display one of the mandatory fields.
The missing field is 'Resolution Code Team' which is a custom field.
What I can't figure out is where or what to edit to add the field to this popup.

Hi Mark,
This come with the view :
You can update the field in the view using form layout then it will start appearing:
The view is Change Major Incident state view:
Steps:
Open the major incident form and click on the hamburg icon and click on the view change and select change major incident state view:

See the view :Same field in the backend
Same field on the change state in workbench
So update the field in the back end it will start appearing in the workbench.

goto->application navigator->type UI page->then check your UI page
