Hi,
This can be used as a variable in a catalog item or there is a widget called HTML that can be added to a service portal page.
If this solved your problem please mark my answer as correct.
Thanks

Hi,
no direct variable allowed.
you will have to use variable of type Custom and use UI macro and widget to show the HTML where user can edit.
