How can I assign snc_internal role to user?

Unable to assign snc_internal role to user, snc_internal role not available in roles table.
I want to manually assign this role to user, 

Please tell me how can I assign this role to user.

Hi,

This role is part of CSM module. Can you check the CSM Plugin installed in your end?

Other check - can you check you can access the customer_contact table? If no plugin not installed.

CSM Plugin installed in my instance. Also customer_contact table also I can access.
But still not able to assign snc_internal role to user and also this role is not visible in roles table.

Will be very helpful for any leads.

Hi,

I hope, you are trying to add the role from customer_contact table.

Can you share the screen shot where you are trying to the role to the user.

Can you search the role in sys_user_role table as well.
