Does anyone know where I can change the default email address used to send an Email out from an HR ticket?I tried looking everywhere and the closest I got was probably the HR_email_client Template. You can't see what email it is being used to send out the email in the screenshot below but I would like to change the default email used to send out also Currently in Dev the email form autopopulates an email address as a Reply To that is a Production email and I would like to change it to use a DEV email address but can't seem to find where I can make this change.
So I need to change 2 things. The Email address used to send out the emails and change the prepopulated 'Reply To' email address in the form.

Hi Jason,
the email client template must be configured for the HR Case table
please check that
if you don't have configured for your table then create new
1) type email client templates in left nav
2) click that module
3) search with table as sn_hr_core
4) then open the record
5) set the sender using Text
6) configure the form layout and add the Reply to field as well
7) add it to form and save form layout
😎 set the value
9) save the email client template after setting both the fields

Hi Jason and Ankur,
I have this similar requirement, but seems like the solution below doesn't work for me. Whenever an HR agent sent an email out from HR Case, it shows IT service desk instead of the name i had configured in the HR email client template. Can you please help me with this?
