How can i capture a High Severity form section update in an update set?

Hi Community,
I created a new section called High Severity on the incident table, but it seems to have been captured in the default update set. Now, I'm unable to locate it
I can capture the High Severity form layout update, but I'm unable to capture the form section update. Is there a way to capture the form section?

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,
I think you should find the customer update and capture it back into your current update set- Please follow the below steps-
You can easily find the customer update that is captured under default update set-
1. Navigate to sys_update_xml.LIST
2. Hit the below URL - https://Yourinstance.service-now.com/sys_update_xml_list.do?sysparm_query=target_name=Incident^type=Form%20Sections^payloadLIKEHigh Sever...
Note: in the payload search your section name (High Severity)
3. Sort by date and filter by updated by(your name)
Once you find the record, open it and update the update set section to capture it in your current update set.
Populate your current update set and save the record.
Open your current update set and it will be captured over there.
