Hi Sneha,
Please follow the steps mentioned by Pradeep. Also, logout and re-login to see the changes.
Hope this helps.

The easiest and fastest way to change the Avatar picture in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI), that appears on top right-hand corner of console is as follows:
- Open Service Portal (https://dev<instance_id>.service-now.com/sp) (just add /sp after your instance URL)
- Click on Avatar picture on top right-hand corner
- Then click on Profile - this will take you to Home > User Profile, where you will see the current picture
- Just click on Upload Picture - then upload an image from your local file system
- That's it ... now you can go to any console tab, Refresh -- voila!!! you've your own avatar in your PDI
- Note: only refresh will show your new avatar or profile picture - no need to logout and login
Please mark this post as a solution and also as helpful, if this resolves your issue or query.
Thanks,
