I've created an MS Teams application manifiest with a custom bot name etc (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/quebec-employee-service-management/page/product/sn-teams/task/create-manifest-file.html), however the bot still posts as Now Virtual Agent in MS Teams.
Any guidance on how to chagne the avatar and bot name in the posts.

Hi James,
We also built a custom manifest for our Teams bot and had the same issue. The old avatar is very sticky and likes to hang around even with the new one loaded. The issue seems to be with a cached image and name.
Try quitting Teams and relaunching the application. That sometimes forces the new bot profile to load.
If that fails, drill down to your application files and rename the Teams files (you may have to end all Microsoft Office apps to do so). That should force Teams to re-download everything on the next launch.
After you get yours working, any users who install the app for the first time should not have this issue.
Hopefully this works for you.

Good Afternoon,
I just ran into the same problem myself, was you able to get it resolved?
Kind Regards
Ashley

Hi Ashley, if you're just using the Conversational Integration - you no longer need to do the above to change the bot name and avatar. See this article: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=3b4f487edbe17490904fa9fb13961...
If using the ITSM integration with Teams, which still uses a manifest - see this article: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=fafac779dbc4345014d6fb2439961...
