You can check the ServiceNow License Details table by navigating directly to:
u_servicenow_license_details.LIST
This table contains the available license information and related details for your instance. From a broader perspective, it falls under Subscription Management and can be useful for reviewing the licenses configured in your environment.

Just check https://<<your_instance>>.service-now.com/now/subscription/home/params/sm/overview. If this is not available in your instance, I would reach out to your ServiceNow Sales Representative.

@SamSundar , also access to this table depends on your roles and your organization's configuration. If you don't have the required permissions, you may need to contact your ServiceNow administrator.
