On a Portal, I would like to add a button or a header menu or something like that so that we can trigger a Subflow by clicking on it.

Could someone please give me some advice to achieve this?

Best Regards,

Aki

hi @Aki18,

I am not sure, but as per my understanding in header we cannot add such subflow.

You can create servicenow widget to update the table and this widget can be made available on the page.

hi @Aki18

I could suggest the below :

  1. Service Portal - in the Service Portal Configuration < Portal < Stock header under la Jolla theme - you need to do scripting to fulfil your requirement
  2. Other portal - under the header & footer you need to do configuration as you required.

@Community Alums Thank you for your reply. The portal we use is EC (Employee Center).

Could you give me more detailed instructions on what kind of configuration is needed for this?

Hi @Aki18

In the Service Portal Configuration < Portal - select the 'employee center' - scroll down to Menu item. Here you can create new Menu item.

Hi @Community Alums ,

Thank you for your reply, but what type of Menu Item should I create?

What I would like to do is to create a button or header menu to trigger a Subflow by clicking on it. There doesn't  seem to be appropriate type in Menu Item for this.
