How can i create problem from incident and add that incident as a child of newly created problem?

OOTB it is diferent, when we create the Prb from Inc , in prb it is come as first reported by and it is OOTB and best.

May i Know why you need inc as child where it is parent OOTB.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

After problem get created we get a problem number so can you please tell me how can i set this problem number on incident's Problem Field (we have problem field on incident page)
