How can I define a my request summary page after submitting a record producer through an order guide

Hi,

 

We currently have configured a record producer that can be requested through an order guide on the Employee Center.

 

However when we submit the request, we get a blank grey screen with no summary of the case created. We were expecting a summary page which includes a case number, activity, additional comments, case information etc. We get a summary page when we submit the request not through an order guide. So just wondering how we can ensure we get the correct summary page once we submit the request through the order guide. 

any guidance on modules etc where I can navigate would be much appreciated?

I have a similar issue. Did you ever get this resolved? Is it possible to just add a field to the order guide summary without having to create a new one?

@Gemma4 - Hi, sorry, unfortunately I did not get this resolved, it was not high priority for us as we was just testing with it, so we was able to live without it.
