Getting Error while submitting catalog task

When a particular user tries to save the catalog task after changing the state, they are getting an error. However, when I try the same as an admin, it works without any issues. Is anyone else facing this problem?

@nishanthivijai This looks like a role/ACL issue due to which a script might be crashing. I recommend you to check the system logs to get further details on this error.

Hi @nishanthivijai

First check the if any ACL (Write) Role on SC_task  is there. Check if that user is having that role.

It could be the case , it is restricting user to submit the form.

Also check  the browser console where it is displaying Error with the script name with line no. Share that or Debug that.
