How can I give delegated developer role for global scope or some tables ?

Hello everyone,

We are in a situation where in we have some business developers who want to do development for there items.

For scoped apps you have scoped admin roles but how can I provide them delegated developer role for items which are in global scope ? like for csdm work , cmdb related work ? Business app tables

The delegated development is only available for scoped apps. It is not available for global scope.
