How can I hide a user from the "assign to" choices ?

Hi everyone, I have been asked to remove a user from the "assign to" choices, in this case the users that open the records, shouldnt be abble to assign it to this certain user.

Assigned to is a reference field right click on the assigned to field and Configure Dictionary refrence qualifier exclude that user

Is there a way to do it by script for every record producer @Anand Kumar P ? because right now we have like 50+ record producers and more can be created, they dont want to put this condition everytime a new record producer is created.

What is use case here? What do you mean by certain user?

If you want caller should not be same as assigned to as himself, then put a validation.
