Hi,
I need to hide the Knowledge Search icon on the Case table for users who do not have the 'snc_internal' role. Additionally, if they do access it, they should only be able to search Knowledge Base articles within their own domain. How we can achieve both
Thanks in advance

Case agents should have snc_internal role
why would they not have it?

Thanks for your prompt response.
Apologies for the confusion earlier. You’re right, agents do have the snc_internal role. However, our actual requirement is to hide the Search Knowledge icon based on a custom role: custom_knowledge_fulfiller and Additionally, if they do access it, they should only be able to search Knowledge Base articles within their own domain
Could you please advise

I doubt you can show/hide it based on role.

No, it's not possible to hide it based on role. It's either visible to everyone or to no one — there's no role-based visibility control for this.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
