I am trying to work on a cmdb integration but I need to work with AWS env CMDB info. Was trying to  install the service graph connector but it does not seem to work with dev accounts?

unfortunately this didn't explain how to add the service graph to a developer instance, which is where I am stuck.

Hello @JustinG01348188 ,

Could you please check this video, it might help you.

Note: If you are trying to configure the service graph connector in PDI it is not possible as these features are paid.

In this video, you'll see how to integrate AWS products into your ServiceNow Portal via the AWS Service Management Connector. For more information on this topic, please visit https://amzn.to/3cMZdyu. Subscribe: More AWS videos - http://bit.ly/2O3zS75 More AWS events videos - http://bit.ly/316g9t4

How are we supposed to learn about installing and configuring a service graph connector if they aren't allowed in a PDI? The training and documentation certainly doesn't cover everything.
