I have created a new table extending task table with application and module (checked the check box while creating the table)and captured in a update set. I tried to move that update set to another instance and preview the update set which returned error saying it cannot find the application and module which is correct. I have accepted the remote updates and committed the updates but I'm not able to see the application and modules related to newly created table in the left navigation.
Only thought I have is to export application menu via XML,Is there a better way to do that?
Thanks in advance,
Vik.

You can again edit that record and modify it to capture in update set. Change Sequence to or name and it will get captured in update set and then move it.
The other option is of-course export to XML and import.

Sanjiv,
They are captured in the update set, my issue is when I commit the update set I cannot see the application and module created for the new table in the left nav.
Thanks,
Vik.

Can you open the update set which you commited and do a show related record?
