How can I prevent the Risk Evaluation container in the SOW from disappearing?

Hi, in my screenshot attached. How can I prevent the Risk Evaluation from disappearing after selecting Calculate Risk? I want the user to be able to see the field values entered in the form when selecting Calculate Risk again.
