How can I put choices of a choice field in a incident form from the records of different table.

For example I have a custom Table with Column/fields as Country, States and Cities. I want to create 3 choice field in Incident, Country, States and Cities and have the values of the choices from the custom table is it possiable using Client script to connect a incident field to a custom table.

Hi Anmol,

If you toggle the Advanced view when configuring your choice field you will see an option to use another table/field as your source of choice data.

The issues is the list doesn't show the table I created

Hi Anmol,

Yes you can Glide Record that table get and values of fields you want and set those values on incident
