Hi
If you want to reset your password for PDI.
1. Go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do.
2. Click on Manage password as shown in image
In Manage Instance password, You will find both user name and password.

I presume it is for your developer instance.
On developer.service-now.com you can find your instance info by clicking on your profile after login
and then click "Manage instance password" .
If it is in a customer instance, you need to login to https://support.servicenow.com/now and there you can search for resetting admin password.
