How can i send request to HI to request a clone instance?

I want to send a request to the HI department to request a Clone instance. So please kindly help me in solving this issue.

There is an option to request System Clone in your instance, you can use that option to request the clone -

For Cloning you dont need to reach out hi, you just raise a request form your instance itself and they will recieve it. Navigate to system clone- request clone (give them a min of 4 hours heads up)

It is asking Target instance, what is meant by target instance?
