how can I set Normal change request to use workflow and not flow designer

How can I set the Normal Change Request to use Specific Workflow and not the flow designer. 
In the Change request from of type Normal, I can only see 'Show Flow' and not 'show workflow'. I want that the process engine will be a specific workflow that I created. How can I set that?

How you are raising a change? is it via model or legacy?

If model then default will be Flow only.

Check this property mate. If by changing the properties it works then good else it is some deep script only.
