How can i set stage field in workflow

Hi team,

  In attached form am getting stage field as empty. How can i set a stage field for state field which in Task table.

I have changed dictionary entry   state field property stage into true then also i didn't get State field in stage auto select drop down.

P.S : I have extended my table Ideas with Task table.

You have to add the stages 1st

You need to do following 2 steps.

1. Go to workflow properties -> stages tab -> Set stage field as "State" and save and close the dialog.

2. Go to workflow Edit stages -> In the bottom of window, click on "Import stages from choice list".

I am using Helsinki version. The Stage field is NONE and does not offer any value to choose. I would like to know how this can be set to problem state.

Ram: In your post above to mentioned in point 1 to set it to state. I am not able to do it.

Can anyone please provide detailed steps with screenshot explaining what I am missing.

Hi Naga,

You can add new stages from Workflow Stages table. Type 'wf_stage.LIST' in the navigation menu.Create a new stage as per your requirement and please don't forget to choose the proper workflow under the workflow version.
