Hi everyone,
I can share the reports I’ve created on the portal, but I want to make sure users cannot access the back-end
The goal is for users to only view the reports without being able to edit them or directly access the back-end.
Thanks and Regards,
Beyza

if you share and they see the report they can click and based on report type it might take them to backend table list with that pre-defined filter
I don't think you can control this.

Hi @beycos
If you are sharing the report with ITIL users, they can view the report from the backend as well — and that’s the expected behavior. ITIL users are not supposed to access reports from the portal; the backend view is the correct place for them. However, if you are creating reports and adding them to the portal for end users, they will only be able to view them there and won’t be able to switch back to the native view or make changes.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

This is not possible as the restriction will work in similar way for portal and backend.
Please mark the answer correct/helpful accordingly.
