How can I show an image with ng-if in a widget?

Hy everybody!

I need to know which function I've to write in the client for show a specific image (with all his class) if no records are displayed .

I know that I've to add in the html of the image my ng-if, but I need an help to how I should write the function on the client side.

Somebody could help me?
