How can I show the delegate option in Service Portal?

HI,

How do i get the option "delegate" to be available to users in the Service Portal. It is available on the home page, but most users only log into the SP. Also how would i edit the text on the "Delegate" tabs, there are 2? Thank you for your help:)

If you just want to add delegate link to menu then it's easy enough.

Go to Portal> Open Header Menu > Create New Menu Item (/sys_user_delegate_list.do?sysparm_query=userDYNAMIC90d1921e5f510100a9ad2572f2b477fe)

I cant get it to show up in the Portal available for end users. Followed all the steps but does not work. What am I doing wrong
