Workspace search not showing my workspace

What specific record is in charge of making a workspace search show up in the dropdown menu in the header bar?
I went through https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/washingtondc-platform-administration/page/administer/search-a... three times and have everything set up the way it tells me to but the custom workspace we built doesn't show up as an option here.

You will need entries on sys_aw_global_search_config and sys_search_context_config for each workspace. The NowUI global search is controlled by a set of properties - Here
