How can I use an application registry for authenticating with an Azure OAuth 2.0 App Registration?

I have an action with a REST step that calls a Logic App in Azure. The Logic App needs a Bearer token in order to accept the request.

I already set up the application registry with all the necessary information, but how can I use those credentials in a script to obtain the Bearer token?
