How can i use local timezone in notification?

I know.... notification uses system timezone.

I want America User and Korea User to use each time zone.

How can i use local timezone in notification?

@BoHyun Jung It would be difficult to identify the timezone for a notification which is triggered for users spread across the globe. However, if the notification is targeted to a specific user or a group from a specific timezone then the local timezone can be fetched from the user record itself.
